RTD Rural General Public Dial-A-Ride for general public passengers traveling between rural areas and Stockton, Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop or Lodi. Passengers must call at least one to seven days in advance for a reservation on this service. Fares are 2.00 and a 10-Ride 20.00 pass is available. RTD Rural General Public Dial-A-Ride will provide service between Escalon and the cities listed above as long as RTD Hopper Route 95 is not operating. Travel from Escalon to areas not served by an RTD Stockton Metro, Intercity or Hopper route is permitted during the service hours. Service hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No service is provided on Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. RTD Hopper Route 95 provides intercity service between Escalon, Manteca, Lathrop and French Camp. Connections to RTD Intercity and Stockton Metro routes can be made on this route. RTD Hopper Route 95 operates Monday-Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. RTD San Joaquin Commuter Route 68 provides interregional service once a day departing Escalon Park and Ride Lot at 5:35 AM arriving at Lawrence Livermore Labs at 6:35 AM. In the afternoon, Route 68 departs Lawrence Livermore Labs at 3:18 PM and arrives Escalon Park and Ride Lot at 4:30 PM. Fares are 11.00 one way or round trip, Monthly Passes are 120.00.
